Become a Prattville Spinner

Spinners is a volunteer organization serving Prattville and other Autauga County communities since 1951. Spinners has always united women in the local area who are interested in promoting the welfare of our community through volunteer work and fundraising. The spinning wheel, adopted as the organization's symbol in 1951, represents the pioneer image of creative service.

Today, Spinners is an active nonprofit charitable organization of ladies who support local community agencies. Members meet monthly. There are opportunities t o volunteer and participate during the year such as the Autauga County Fair and Prattville City-Fest. The primary Spinner's fundraising event i s the annual Pumpkin Patch Arts and Crafts Show held every October in Prattville's Spinners Park. This event draws hundreds of vendors, exhibitors, and visitors each year.
